Testimonials

"I loved the sensory experience, the smells, the decorations, the palo and lavender gift. the healthy snack bar. I loved the circle, the freedom and playfulness. I would love to gift this experience."

"It seemed to attract like-minded souls which engendered nurturing vibes. Merissa is a brilliant attentive tutor who made the session accessible for all levels."

"First up I just wanted to say how beautiful everything was. The atmosphere, the presentation, the setting, the music. Most of all the warmth of you as a facilitator and of the lovely people who gathered. The space was bright, clean and you provided food and nourishment - the gift was just beautiful too. It was certainly a much more embodied experience than I’ve had at any other ceramics class and felt like a vessel of alchemy."

"Thank you for your beautiful service. I carried along the peace and ease felt during the session throughout the week."

Is there parking available?

Yes! There is plenty of free, on-site parking available right outside the studio.

Do you always work on the floor?

Yes - it's actually a very comfortable (and natural) way to work! I do however have chairs available for those who may need one and cushions to sit on if it makes you feel more comfortable.

When will the pieces I've made be ready for collection?

Items made during workshops and tutoring sessions will be ready to collect 4-6 weeks later. You will be notified when they are glazed, fired and ready for collection.

Do I need to bring lunch to the 1-day workshops?

Light refreshments will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own food with you if you want to or have specific dietary requirements. There is a microwave available to heat up hot food.

What if I need to cancel my class/workshop? Can I get a refund?

Life can be unpredictable - I understand! If you need to cancel or reschedule your class, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. Each session is set up with the individual in mind, so, for this reason, classes or workshops cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will not be eligible for refunds or reallocations.
